What have you been doing post OSA?

I attended Georgetown University and was a 4-year member of the varsity women's rowing team. I now work in financial communications in New York, NY.

Are there any career highlights that you'd like us to share and celebrate?

How did attending OSA impact your life and career?

OSA provided me with a unique experience to be both challenged academically while pursuing a passion I had for a long time.

What does being from Oakland (or the greater Bay Area) mean to you?

I'm so proud to be from Oakland. Living on the east coast now, I see that the overall perception of Oakland is not exceptionally positive, and I love convincing people otherwise. It's a beautiful city surrounded by nature that encompasses so many different cultures, foods, opinions, and people. I think it truly is an amazing city to be from and growing up there taught me so much about the real world.

What is your fondest memory of being a student at OSA?

My senior year art show. It was wonderful that each of the seniors were able to make their gallery sections their own and really showcase who they were.

Please share which teacher/class at OSA had the greatest impact on you and why:

My art teachers Mr. Junge and Mr. Pablo. They inspired us all and were always cheering for us while at OSA and even after.
